This hoodie is for the highest good processing, releasing and resolving of trauma sustained to the physical body.
Ok. So. Many of us have sustained trauma to the physical - in this life and in others and our bodies at times can hold onto this, seemingly stubbornly not wanting to release the trauma, to heal properly, to move on and let go. Yes, this has emotional and energetic links for sure - however, we will often hold something in our body to give us clues toward greater issues we should look at or things we might need to resolve.
