We carry trauma in our physical bodies as well as our emotional bodies. The frequency and vibration of this symbol is specifically to release and resolve trauma being held in, or trauma to the emotional body in a safe and efficient way for your highest good.
It is effective for traumas from this life and from past lives and it is worth noting that you may experience emotional releases as a result of wearing this and working with this symbol. That's totally ok. Observe them with love and without judgement and be joyous that you've managed to release that emotion and no longer have to hold onto it. We would recommend you avoid making any major life changing decisions while in the midst of an emotional release.
Great for:
- Wearing to energy healing, therapy or counselling sessions where you intend to work through emotional trauma
