This T-Shirt is for the highest good processing, releasing and resolving of trauma sustained to the physical body.
Ok. So. Many of us have sustained trauma to the physical - in this life and in others and our bodies at times can hold onto this, seemingly stubbornly not wanting to release the trauma, to heal properly, to move on and let go. Yes, this has emotional and energetic links for sure - however, we will often hold something in our body to give us clues toward greater issues we should look at or things we might need to resolve.
Having said that - it is important to be able to release, resolve and process trauma sustained to the physical body - and you can shift your field into a state of being able to do that safely, (including most often a release of it through your emotional body too) using this symbol.
Great if you have persistent pains in a certain place from trauma. Possibly from a break or a fall, a wound, a sprain, an impact or something.
Sometimes, you can sustain an injury in one part of the body and then hold it in or feel the holding of it in another part of the body. Our backs and necks, hands and feet are particularly 'good' at this - you can essentially map your body on your back, on your hands or your feet.
