This is a t-shirt we recommend for wear during past life meditations, the symbol is specifically for safe resolution of trauma and also for the expression, and your realisation of lessons from past lives that you are carrying into this one, or lessons you have learned in past lives that you could do with a remembering of. The trauma resolution is safe through a varied variety of safety ways, from space holding through to calling in particular trauma specialists, to trauma guides to the encouragement of, expression of and sharing of unconditional love for healing.
