This garment is to help reduce menstrual cramping, particularly good to wear just before you typically cramp in your cycle or if cramping starts. Essentially, it will bring your body and vibration to a level of wellness and safety, allowing cramps to pass without being as severe while assisting the body in addressing the underlying causes of your cramping, releasing stagnations etc.
Menstrual pain can be understood through physical, energetic, and spiritual perspectives. While medical explanations are relevant, many traditions also explore emotional and energetic influences that may contribute to discomfort.
Physically, menstrual cramps (also known as dysmenorrhea - which is an interesting word when you break it down the way it sounds and consider the implications) are most commonly caused by elevated levels of prostaglandins, hormone-like chemicals that trigger uterine contractions to shed the lining.
